From her head to her toes she is beautiful

From her core to her clothes she is beautiful

Her hair is various shades and only tamed by a bandana

She covers her eyes with retro looking sunglasses
(and I wish she wouldn't do that)

Around her neck is adourned various necklaces, each with a story

She wears a simple white shirt with a blue plaid shirt over-top that is twice as long as she is

The sleeves to the plaid shirt are rolled to her elbow, revealing large bracelets that look older than her

Her fingers wear rings with turquoise

In her one hand she holds a book, in the other a mug filled with coffee

Her faded blue jeans drag under her feet and have a large rip in one of the knees, showing off colorfully striped socks

And her brown shoes look worn from all the walking she has done with friends

When she walks she sways her hips just slightly

She holds up her mug of coffee in her small fingers like a trophy of sorts

Her lips are curved slightly in a perpetual smirk that only she can pull off

Her bookbag hangs limply on one shoulder and appears on the verge of falling

She walks up and tells everyone "Hi."

She lets me try her coffee

She takes off her sunglasses and reveals her eyes, eyes that no matter how many times I see them never seem to be quite the same

Everyone casually chats with her, yet the conversations seems like so much more to me

She laughs, that sound and her smile a refreshing thing in this damn school

The bell rings and she walks off

As she leaves I quickly watch her go

And I think

'Without a doubt, she is beautiful!'
